[ap-utils] Text lengths with the translations of the ap-utils

Hello,

I just completed the translation of the ap-utils-1.5pre1 version to 
Finnish.

However, there was problem with the translation because the user 
interface does allow only limited size of texts in the menu and the 
status line of the program (for example).

If you check my  translation (

), you can find some comments like this:

Is it possible to merge those comments of mine to the original .pot file 
( 
http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/domains/POT/ap-utils-1.5pre1.pot 
) used by all translators with the next version to translate (1.5 should 
it, shouldn't it?). Now several translators have used too long texts 
with their translations, because they did not know the limitations of 
the text length.

Also, is it possible to add more comments about limitations with the 
translations items because I surely have not find all of them? And could 
you design the user interfaces of the ap-utils to be more flexible for 
the translations?
