[ap-utils] AIX Update

Well, I got it to compile with gcc 2.9something once I got ncurses installed 
and had to go in and manually add -I/usr/local/include/ncurses since that's 
where it got installed.


As for AIX 5.1L with IBM C/C++ (VA 6.0), I'm going to install ncurses now... 
but not sure if that'll work quite yet... more later.

p.s. the binaries online for AIX definitely don't work. They spaz about the 
terminal.
