[ap-utils] An AP name check patch

I have the following problem with ap-mrtg tool.

Sometimes it returns nothing instead of 
999999 for errors:

like this:

# ap-mrtg -i 192.168.0.254 -c linksys -t e

999999999 its a standart error value for ap-mrtg if it unable to connnect to 
AP
