[ap-utils] WEP keys won't stick?

Hello,
I'm attempting to setup 128bit WEP keys using ap-config on my Amtel 
chipset WAP.  I seleted WEP128, chose a default key, then entered the 
key, and chose Write.  I then went to the 'Command' section and uploaded 
my changes, and as soon as i did that, all 4 listed keys defaulted back 
to all zeroes.  Is this the intended result?  I'm positive that the WAP 
i'm using support 128bit WEP keys.
