[ap-utils] ap-mrtg

Ok, I've tried the ap-mrtg with these options (on my airBridge Outdoor) :
bash# ap-mrtg -i 192.168.0.22 -c public -t l -b 00301a01cb4e -r -v
999999999
99999999
-

bash# ap-mrtg -i 192.168.0.22 -c public -t l -b 00301a01cb4e -r -v
999999999
99999999
-

Still the same, always sends out the same values. And I wanna know about the
community here, is it the password to login to the AP ? If yes, I've checked
and rechecked that it was absolutely right.
