[ap-utils] Regression in Netgear ME-102 support

Hi,

I borrowed a Netgear ME 102 AP from a friend of mine and a regression
seems to have been introduced between version 1.4.2pre2a and
1.5pre1_FreedomOfUkraine which is still present in 1.5 and 1.5.1pre3,
which causes ap-config to return an error when trying to access wireless
settings of the AP (other parts seems to work fine).

I'll be happy to provide more informations / test patches to try to fix
this.

BTW, the "download" link for development version is returning version
1.5 instead of 1.5.1pre3 ;)
