[ap-utils] Unable to write settings to Linksys WAP11

Hello,

I'm a bit of a novice, so please pardon my ignorance.  I'm trying to
config a Linksys WAP11 using ap-config on a Mac OS X 10.3.8 with
Airport.  I am able to connect to the AP, can get info, but when I try
to write any changes I get an error, "Unable to write to AP".  If I
try to put it in test mode I get "Unable to retrieve (valid) data". 
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
