[ap-utils] Mac OSX 10.3.3 build failure

I gave the latest snapshot (ap-utils-1.4.1pre4b) a shot & it has pretty 
much the same error (except a different line).
Found the problem though, it looks like the ap_search.c is missing the 
include "config.h" at the top of the file.  Once I added it that, it 
compiled no problem.
