oops -- I had missed it a few times and used it a few times. No
difference in symptoms though:

[jack@felix jack]$ ap-mrtg -i 192.168.1.250 -c public -t e

[jack@felix jack]$ ap-mrtg -i 192.168.1.250 -c public -t s
999999999

-

[jack@felix jack]$ sudo ap-mrtg -i 192.168.1.250 -c public -t s
