[ap-utils] DWL-900AP

The current version does work with the DWL-900AP; I'm using it 
today. I'll check my AP rev when I get home today if that helps...

However, i've noticed that the more recent version
only supports about 80% of the functionallity; mac filtering,
performance statistics and radio power seem broken in the later
versions.
